By registering with Selah Rest Travel you acknowledge and agree that Selah-Rest LLC is a tour operator only, and shall not be responsible for services provided by any third party other than agents, employees, or affiliates of Selah-Rest LLC. Selah-Rest LLC shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to you related, directly or indirectly, to occurrences or circumstances beyond the foreseeability or control of Selah-Rest LLC including, but not limited to, cancellation or change of flight schedule or itinerary, strikes, delays, Acts of God, acts of governments, fires, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, illness or disease caused by or transmitted to you (including, but not limited to, the COVID-19 virus), during the tour and/or in transit, air, land or water terminals or transportation and the like, quarantine, medical or customs regulations, accidents (each, an «Excluded Liability Event»). Neither Selah-Rest LLC nor any of its agents, employees, directors, or affiliates shall be liable for late arrival or departure at airports or hotels due to inclement weather or other reasons, nor shall any of them be responsible for payment or reimbursement for transfers, unused hotel accommodations, or meals occasioned by such late arrivals. Passengers are responsible for any such losses or expenses. To protect against unforeseen health or other circumstances, it is recommended that you purchase optional insurance. In the event of cancellation (whether by you or by Selah-Rest LLC) directly or indirectly related to an Excluded Liability Event, Selah-Rest LLC shall not be liable for the refund of any payments made by you to that point, and you shall pay Selah-Rest LLC the amount determined by Selah-Rest LLC for the tour. Selah-Rest LLC reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, change, or alter the tour and its itinerary, prior to and during the tour, even for reasons beyond the foreseeability or control of either party, if Selah-Rest LLC, in its sole and absolute discretion, determines that it shall be in the best interest of the group and in coordination with the group leader/organizer, if any. The tour information and general information contained herein set forth all terms and conditions with respect to the subject matter contained herein, may only be amended if in writing and signed by Selah-Rest LLC, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous conflicting agreements, promises, and covenants, arrangements, understandings, communications, representations (including those displayed on the Aviators website), or warranties, whether oral or written, by either party hereto (or a representative of either party hereto). All disputes shall be governed by California law and the competent courts of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Selah-Rest LLC assumes no liability for errors or  omissions contained in the text.
